I’ve heard of some people waiting over a year before they found their perfect home. Rick gave me hope that somewhere out there was just the right home for me. Having a 12 year old daughter who’s been waiting patiently for her own home also put a tremendous amount of pressure on Rick in finding a house she would love. What surprised me the most was just how fast Rick made it happen.
After looking at many houses there was one that I kept coming back to. I wanted to see it again and again. Every time I asked Rick if I could see it, he grabbed the key and met us there, no questions asked.
I was all moved-in in just one month. If that isn’t record time I don’t know what is. (What person do you know would call you from his vacation with his family to make sure everything was going as planned? My mother would call that a Saint)
